How to Prepare Smoky Lasagna Soup on a Pellet Grill

2. Add can of tomato paste and diced tomatoes. Let simmer then add your 32oz can of pasta sauce.

3. Add in the vegetable broth.

4. Put on your smoker set at 350 degrees. I put this on my Pit Boss 820 pellet grill. Let your contents begin to simmer.

5. Then take approximately 10 lasagna noodles and break up into 1–2-inch strips. Keep on smoker for approximately 30 to 40 minutes until pasta is al dente and pull off smoker.

6. In a separate mixing bowl mix add ricotta cheese, approximately 4 ounces of mozzarella cheese and a few shakes of grated parmesan cheese.

7. After your Lasagna soup comes off of the grill, serve into a bowl and add an ice cream scoop of your ricotta cheese mixture to the top.

You can't go wrong with Caesar or chopped salad and some garlic bread. While the grill is hot, and your soup is off your grill, crank up the grill temperature to 450° and cut a French bread loaf in half. Mix melted butter, garlic, add some basil and brush on your bread. Top off with some mozzarella cheese and this will only take 10-15 minutes.
